General Provisions

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 18bd ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By accessing the 18bd platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person or multiple members of the same family is strictly prohibited. 18bd reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are detected.

2.4 Account Security

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• The account must have sufficient balance (minimum ৳500).
• If an active bonus is present, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each member will receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by 18bd.

• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering is completed, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

The 18bd VIP program has 5 tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation.

Betting Rules

5.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully records it and assigns a unique confirmation number. Bets not recorded due to network disruption or technical issues are not valid.

5.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market are separate and are displayed in the game interface. 18bd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• If any match or event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In live betting, the displayed odds are subject to change and may differ due to technical delays.
• Displayed odds may change temporarily, and the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.
• If there is uncertainty or dispute regarding the outcome of any event, 18bd reserves the right to make the final decision.

5.4 Casino Games

Prohibited Activities
